Dr. Kales will be lecturing on Intermedullary Lesser Metatarsal Decompression with Plantar Condylectomy

Lawrence J. Kales, DPM is originally from Brooklyn, NY. He attended the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine receiving his DPM degree in 1977. Dr. Kales completed his residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Coney Island Hospital, Brooklyn, NY in 1979. He has been in private practice in Hudson, FL since 1979 and has been practicing MIS since 1982.

Throughout the years Dr. Kales has previously served the Academy in multiple positions including past Board Member, Scientific Chairman and achieved his Fellowship status in 1983. Dr. Kales is Board Certified in Ambulatory Foot Surgery by the ABFAS, Minimally Invasive Foot and Ankle Surgery by the ABMSP, as well as Diplomate of the American Board of Lower Extremity Surgery. His lecture will be an updated version of Dr. Milton Roven's 1979 Gold Award "Intermedullary Lesser Metatarsal Decompression with Plantar Condylectomy" at the upcoming Academy Conference in Orlando Florida February 24-26.
